Order Processing
All orders are processed within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification once your order has shipped.
Please note that personalized or custom-made products may require additional processing time. Estimated production or preparation times will be communicated on the product page or via email after purchase.
Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship to all locations within Germany and the European Union. International shipping outside the EU may be available upon request.
Estimated delivery times:
- Germany: 2–5 business days
- European Union: 5–10 business days
- International: 10–20 business days (depending on destination)
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier delays, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Carriers
We primarily use DHL, DPD, or UPS for all shipments. A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order has been dispatched. Dugout +58 is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs authorities.

Pre-Orders and Back-Orders
Items marked as pre-order or back-order will ship once available. Estimated delivery times will be specified on the product page or via email. If your order contains both available and pre-order items, we may ship them separately.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Dugout +58 UG is not responsible for any customs or import duties, taxes, or fees applied to international orders. All charges imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, customs fees, etc.) are the customer’s responsibility.
Damaged, Lost, or Missing Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dugout58.com with photos of the damaged packaging and items. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
Dugout +58 is not liable for lost or stolen packages after delivery confirmation by the carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
Address Errors
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@dugout58.com; we will try our best to update it before dispatch.
