Returns
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it — unworn or unused, with all tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and detailed instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right promptly.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including but not limited to:
- Custom or personalized products (e.g., embroidered, printed, or team-specific items)
- Perishable goods (food, drinks)
- Personal care items
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases
We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
If you are unsure whether your product qualifies for a return, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to return the original item and, once your return is accepted, make a new purchase for the replacement product.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period
If your order is being shipped to a country within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
As stated above, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or denied.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
