Cancellation Policy – Dugout+58

Cancellations

You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start time for a full refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance are non-refundable.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule your session free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance.
If you wish to reschedule within 24 hours of your booking, a new reservation must be made.

No-Shows

If you do not show up for your session without prior notice, the booking will be non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Sessions begin and end at the scheduled time.
Arriving late does not extend your session.

Facility Cancellations

If Dugout+58 must cancel your session due to technical issues, maintenance, or safety reasons, you will receive:

• A full refund, or
• A new session at no extra cost.

Memberships & Multi-Session Packs

Memberships, monthly passes, and multi-session packs are non-refundable.
All sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
