1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Dugout +58 website (“Site”), purchasing any products, or booking services through our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, you may not access or use our Site.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to make purchases or bookings on this Site. By using our Site, you confirm that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.
3. Services and Products
Dugout +58 UG operates as both:
an online shop for baseball, softball, and fitness-related products, and
an indoor sports facility offering batting cage sessions, training, and private bookings.
All descriptions of products, prices, and services are subject to change at any time without notice.
4. Gift Cards
Gift Cards purchased on the Dugout +58 website may be used without restriction for all products and services offered by Dugout +58, including:
- batting cage sessions and training services,
- merchandise available in our online shop or on-site, and
- food and beverages available at our café.
Gift Cards cannot be redeemed for cash and are non-refundable, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
Gift Cards may only be redeemed at Dugout +58 and are not valid for third-party services or external providers.
If a validity period is specified, Gift Cards must be redeemed within that period
5. Orders and Payments
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include applicable VAT.
We accept payment via the methods displayed at checkout.
Your order or booking is confirmed only after full payment is received. Dugout +58 reserves the right to refuse any order or booking for any reason, including suspected fraud or availability issues.
6. Bookings and Cancellations
Cancellations are accepted up to 24 hours before the scheduled booking time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking are non-refundable.
Rescheduling may be possible upon request and subject to availability.
Dugout +58 UG reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, safety concerns, or unforeseen events. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduled date will be offered.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within the timeframe indicated at checkout.
Delivery times depend on your location and the selected shipping method.
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or events beyond our control.
8. Returns and Refunds (Physical Products)
Customers have the right to return unused products within 14 days of receipt, in accordance with § 355 BGB (German Civil Code).
Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned goods are received and inspected.
Custom or personalized products are non-refundable unless defective.
9. Facility Rules and Liability
Users of the Dugout +58 facility must follow all posted rules and safety instructions.
Dugout +58 is not liable for injuries, damages, or loss of personal property resulting from misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety rules.
All participants use the facility at their own risk. Minors must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, and designs — is the property of Dugout +58 UG or its licensors and is protected by German and EU intellectual-property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without written permission.
11. Privacy and Data Protection

12. Limitation of Liability
