Group Size

• Minimum: 12 guests
• Maximum: 30 guests
• Events with fewer than 12 participants will be charged at the minimum package rate
• Additional guests must be confirmed in advance

Event Rules

Batting & Safety

• All participants must attend the safety briefing before entering the batting cages.
• Batting helmets are mandatory while inside the cages.
• Only one batter may be in the hitting area at a time.
• Participants must follow staff instructions at all times.
• Anyone behaving in an unsafe or disruptive manner may be removed from the batting area without refund.

Food & Drinks

• Each guest receives 2 hot dogs and 1 soft drink.
• Additional food and beverages can be purchased separately.
• Outside food is not permitted, except for birthday cakes or special desserts.
• Please notify us in advance of any allergies or dietary requirements.

Arrival & Timing

• Please arrive at least 15 minutes before your scheduled start time.
• Events start and end at the reserved times.
• Late arrivals may result in reduced activity time.

Booking & Cancellation 

• A reservation is confirmed only after payment has been received.
• Changes to the number of participants must be communicated at least 72 hours before the event.
• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event are eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
• Cancellations within 72 hours of the event are non-refundable.
